I fire this skill, targets are in the cone, but they do not get hit. I understand some may have their target box out of my area of effect with lag, but it will sometimes show the crystals where the person was when I cast it, yet not encase them. Sometimes it will show three crystal circles like they hit 3 players, but there was only one target and it did not get hit at all.
It is not reliable. For such a high cost, would it be wrong/OP to make it similar to Dk chains that return the cost if it doesn't connect? I understand that the aoe aspect makes this more versatile than chains with hitting multiple targets instead of being single target. I also think DK talons work more reliably than encase, but that is based mainly on PvE dungeon experience.
Does anybody else experience this? Not asking for a buff so much as if it may be a bug. If it is a bug or complex fix, maybe returning the cost when it fails could be the alternative... thoughts?
