sigh. you must not have read the replies. the actual time hasn't changed, becasue its based of UTC. however, if you live in the area where daylight savings are still a thing? then the time has changed, because we just had our clocks rolled back an hour.
its not about changing timezones. its about that stupid antiquated daylight savings crap that we need to get rid of completely but a lot of locations still haven't. best part it doesn't even sart on the same time for every country, cause Australia got their clocks changed weeks ago.
And if you miss a day you no longer get a chance to make them up the next day..

That way Thursday is always Thursday, not NA's Wednesday or Japan's Friday. Then the only time you'd ever have to adjust is if you relocated or you traveled.
An additional 24 hour window would be all that is required, and code checks could still be done server side to prevent exploiting.
