After accepting the Envoys Who Cower daily quest I can complete the finding of envoys Bur-Lei and Peek-Shah without ever leaving Root-Whisper Village as they are marked as quest objectives and I can tell them to return to where they are standing. Sadly no dead envoy so I still have to run to get the ring.
