I used to have a ping of ~60-80 in ALL PvE zones. I didnt play much the past 3 days and when I played today I realized I suddenly have a ping of 160-180.
I didnt changed anything. And all other games work just fine. I already tried to repair the game - didnt helped at all. Any ideas whats going on?

Had the exact same thing happen the day Murkmire launched (PC EU too). A few hours before the server went down for maintenance I was playing with my usual 150-180 ping and then after release my ping was no less than 250-330. And I'm still struggling with the same high ping which at times makes the game hardly fun to play anymore.

I don't know the reason behind this, so I can't help you unfortunately, but I think this needs much more attention.

It comes and goes on both servers. It will proably come back down shortly. If you have had reasonably good performance so far, then it’s proably just a hiccup somewhere along the line. Check all the obvious things, software updates, router firmware updates, all hardware is in good condition etc. if it persists for days or longer and you’ve made sure everything is ship shape on your end. you can try calling your ISP or running a trace route or ping test and seeing which stop on your path to ZOS is causing the latency spike. Not that you’ll necessarily be able to do anything about it. As for posting here in the forums it doesn’t do any good. In the years I’ve played I think there was only one point where the extreme latency was something ZOS stepped in for and it was maxing out constantly, disconnecting droves of people for weeks and the game really was unplayable. The forums were on fire.
