Special "green" weekly vendor?

Any chance we could get a weekly "green" item vendor to sell PvE items similar to the PvP "golden" vendor?
Sell those weapons or other items that never seem to drop, and charge perhaps? 100 keys? or 6 million gold, or whatever... sell only "green" quality?
Could offer items that were taken out of loot table because they did not conform to "most" builds... [some (few?) people still may want/need that odd item for their build]
Maybe Syvarra's Scales or Bahahra's Curse heavy armor pieces? or Viper Bow?
Just a thought...

✭✭✭✭✭The Golden does sell items to PvE players. She charges AP (PvP), or gold (PvE), and the trait changes depending on which you buy (Impen with AP, Infused with gold.)
Also, the Viper Bow no longer drops, that's an intentional choice, because the weapon cannot proc the set0 -

Yes, Bahahra's Curse heavy would be amazing. I have found maybe 2 heavy piece, lots of light and medium and plenty of jewelry.0 -

Just suggesting an alternative way to acquire gear and weapons, besides RNG. Not just gold quality jewelry and monster helm sets, but additional items that players would appreciate.

I can’t 100% buy into this idea because you’re substituting running content for a gravy train. Players like me might be lukewarm to the idea ... but ZOS is likely not since it substitutes content.
Farming for Syvarra’s Scales and Bahraha’s Curse Medium & Heavy is doable through the Thieves Guild Heist Dailies ... but you have to be patient.1
