A friend of mine gifted me the banker from the crown store, however, despite all the information being correct (he sent me a screenshot of my UserID and everything, so I know it's correct), I still have not received my gift.
I have tried relogging, quitting the game and going back in, disabling all add-ons, going on different characters etc.
I have already made a support ticket regarding the issue, but I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
