ESO Set Guide: Battalion Defender

I've got another Set Guide for you guys, and this time it's the Battalion Defender Set. What makes this Set amazing is that it has a 1 second cool down, meaning you can get insane heals as a Tank! I definitely think any Tanks out there running PUG Dungeons could benefit from this Set.
