Looking for Set Proc Icon List?

I'm looking for a list of screen icons for armor buffs that show up as when active.
For example: Clever Alchemist gets a purple jar-looking icon when active, the fist for Ravager, whereas Bloodspawn just shows the default helmet icon.
I don't need an addon, I'm looking for a database. The UESP buff/debuff page is great but doesn't show any sets.
