Am I the only one having issues with knockback?

Am I the only one that feels it is even worse than it used to be? Literally 100% of a time it doesn't work for me. Am I doing something wrong? Should I try to use mass hysteria to even the odds?

I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.
0
