Server lag/frame rate drops PC NA

Since Saturday Ive been getting really bad lag/frame rate drops. Up til then my game has been really smooth. Since Saturday Ive had really laggy game play especially when in combat, even in the normal world where my game is usually pretty smooth. Dungeons are ridiculously bad and trials are pretty bad as well. I made a couple video settings changes on Saturday but was told that that wont cause this. Ive repaired the game and reverted any video settings changes back and it still seems pretty bad. Is this just me or are other people having this issue as well?
