Weird error when starting launcher after patch 4.2.7

Since patch 4.2.7, when I start the client I get this error: "Windows cannot find 'vcredist_x64_2015.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." It allows me to run the client after I get rid of the error window. I don't know if I need to fret over this or not. Nothing else in my system is affected.
