Keep arrival disconnects in Cyrodiil

Logged into Cyrodiil 4 times already after I rode from Bleakers outpost to Aleswell keep. I fought at the farm against one DC, and when I arrived at walls of Aleswell all other players froze, as well as game activity, except my character was able to move around. I could not mount, swap or use weapons, and could not use skills. After about 30 to 60 seconds I get kicked from the game, and relog, but I keep getting unable to connect to server. I have a voice app running and that was 100% stable, and I am not having any problems with my streaming, so I assume the internet connection on my end is good. This has been happening infrequently on and off over the past month or so. It's really making the gaming experience awful. I ended up quitting the game for tonite because of these service dropouts.
