PS4 NA server down

All my guilds talking about massive lag spike, no skills firing, can't sprint, load screens in overland, etc. Just got kicked myself and can't get back in.

Yep confirmed for me too PS4NA unplayable as of today. Lag spikes, constantly hitting 999+ in PVE zones?????? Went into cyrodill and froze instantly.

Few of the PS4NA streamers reporting the same thing.
