Hello ESO staff, just wanted to show my appreciation for some things:

+ Your support staff is very quick to respond and very nice as well. They gave me a refund for a crown item that went on sale a few hours after I bought it. No other MMO-store does that!
+ As a steam user I VERY MUCH appreciate that I haven't had any errors logging in for the last two months. That used to be a problem but it seems to be fixed, thanks!
+ I really like the addition of creative enemies in Summerset and Murkmire. Much cooler then just a bunch of wolfs, bears, lions or other animals we have in real life.

So thank you for all of these things, I hope some relevant members of staff get to hear these things sometimes. I wish I could thank specific groups for making these things but this will have to do. Don't worry ,I might have something to complain about next time but for now I just wanted to show my appreciation.

    ZOS US support might be good (experienced myself) but I never receive even reply from EU Customer Support

    Oh seriously? That's too bad, I've asked for their help only twice now but I've received replies on both my inquiries.
    Thanks for adding to the thread, I'd like some Devs at ZOS to read this if possible. ^^
