I posted this in bug reports a while back but got no replies. This is incorrect:
...is still not fixed. That buff still remains on my werewolf after finishing Hircine's quest.
Please actually CHECK this stuff before passing it to Gina to type out! Not the first time the patch notes have been wrong, either.

Hircine’s Gift: The Sanies Lupus buff will now be properly removed at the end of the quest for players who opt to accept Hircine’s blessing.
