Low Population buff
I've seen AD and EP with 3 bars to our 1 or two bars during prime time and we do not get the low population buff enough? Do I need to go into zone chat to cry about it and a live moderator fixes it or how does that work? Tons of imbalances on Vivec NA regarding weird coding - also do D.C. Npcs get coded as the weakest because I swear the other alliances npcs drop tons of negates all the time.
