Ok... Healing ward still buged?

Happened to me this evening, while fighting with some random sorc my healing ward suddenly stoped to heal me. I have tried to scuicide, reloadui, remove and place again the skill on my bar. Nothing worked, after like 5 minutes everything went back to normal. Here is a vid how this looked like when it didn't worked.

So... Shadow image not working in some areas at all, cloak broken by ballistas and trebuchets dots and now healing ward randomly not healing at all? I'm impressed with each day more and more ZOS.

Nobody even uses Healing Ward anymore.

But without the upfront heal, you are better off just giving yourself and a teammate the guaranteed wards.

Do you truly find yourself benefitting from the post heal (bar not being bugged)?

Was better before the nerf but when you don't have what you like, you like what you have. But the thing is that in current state healing ward can stuck in some kind of a bug and wont heal you at all. It needs a closer look.

The other day in PvP I died trying to take a resource cause Healing Ward would never heal me when it went off. I've never died at a resource EVER in PvP. I'd cast it, cast Hardened over it, it would go off, healing was like 700.
