Is anyone else having this positioning bug?

When I go to place an item it rotates through a random number of degrees when placed. This seems to happen if I have already rotated an item through an exact 90 or 180 deg. The system does not seem to like this exact positioning. Skyrim Construction Kit used to be the same but you could go in an edit the angle by 0.1 deg so it wasn't exactly 90 anymore but still looked spot on to the eye.. this would stop the weird positioning bug
Anyways, I recorded the bug below. Let me know if anyone else is having this issue.

Yes I do! Very often.

I've reported this and several other positioning bugs before, but as expected there was no acknowledgement.

These bugs seem to mainly happen when positioning structures. Sometimes it helps if you click on the item a second time, and it will move to the original intended position.

Yes, communication has always been an issue with ZOS. It often takes months to have a bug even acknowledged.
I've always had the feeling that housing gets low priority. Which annoys me a bit because it is by far the most expensive aspect of the game. They charge 100 bucks for a house and then ignore any bugs!

I have also run into this bug recently. I am on PC NA. @ZOS_GinaBruno can we get a fix for this please???
