Trophies versus Treasures

I know there is a list of trophies in the Achievements section but I've found a "Skull of a Slave" worth 250 listed as a "Treasure" and tried looking it up and can't find a darn thing. Is there also a list of 'Treasures' to be had, perhaps by zone? Or is it vendor trash with a pretty picture?
