ESO launcher freezes and crashes

Hi everyone, when I start the launcher and it download the new ESO's update, it download the update for just only few seconds then it freezes (i can't colose the window, reduce it and so on) and after some time it closes without any error windows or anything else. What can i do?

Perwulf✭✭✭✭✭Open the launch then pause the patch immediately before the launcher freezes. Then cancel the update via game option and repair."Monsters doesn't exist, we create them"0 -
