My ESO Plus is gone?

I paid for 3 months previous month. Now I log in and ESO says my ESO plus is gone. I can't login your website to submit a ticket, nothing happens.
What is going on here?

You can submit a ticket in game. Also if you use steam, you may want to submit a steam ticket as well

Someone else reported the same thing - they logged in and ESO+ was inactive, logged out and back in and it was working, and then later on it was gone again.

As for submitting a ticket you might need to use a different browser. Last time I needed to contact Support I had to use Chrome because in any other browser one of the buttons was missing so I couldn't actually submit it. Lately I've had a problem where if I look at the main site on my home PC using Internet Explorer I see the first image in each article and nothing else, but on my work PC only IE will work.
