Wanted to report a bug, I can't use skills in Cyrodill every evening central standard time. Before, it was only on primetime on the weekends. Now, every night the guards at resources don't even know what to do when it's so laggy they can't get abilities off while i'm trying to get abilities off trying to kill them. They seem to freeze in place and go to another instance as I can't hit them. Anyways, not sure if you guys ever have received or were unaware of your servers performing this way. By the way, if you wanted to pursuer and raise this bug report, I am in Vivec playing on PC/NA. Best of luck, hopefully we can get this elevated and figured out. Cheers
