FPS Declines the longer I play - relog fixes it

I've noticed since Wolfhunter release the game FPS slowly declines the longer I play. I can start out in the 80+ FPS range and end up dropping below 30 after a while. One thing I also noticed that facing certain directions will drop the FPS significantly more than other directions though there is no obvious reason why. If I logout and back in (even just to character select) the issue goes away and begins the slow decline again.

ESO has numerous memory leaks that have never been fixed, nor will they be.

    I have this too.

I'll be at a solid 60+ FPS and when it does drop to 20-25 FPS it never recovers and I must go to Character Select and back into the game (which always fixes it).

For instance It'll immediately drop 40 FPS for unknown reasons and it's very noticeable so to test if it's my computer or the ESO client I'll log out right then and there to Character Select and log back in and magically it'll be right back at 60+ FPS.

So what's the fix? This is driving me nuts having to go back to character select every 5 to 50 minutes.
