Severe bug in Grahtwood

So I already sent in a ticket but just thought I would let others know if they decide to quest in Grahtwood. A wood orc quest giver was strangely turned into an Argonian. The quest is still doable but its still a bizarre bug unless there's something missing in the patch notes that called for the race change. Even if it was intended his mouth doesn't move either and he doesn't speak
