Molag Kena increasing Ultimate cost

I noticed that Molag Kena monster set is increasing my Ultimate costs as well when it procs. I realized that most of the passives and stuff in the game usually dont affect the Ultimate, some skills/passives that reduce the cost of abilities dont affect Ultimate, so why does Molag Kena affects my Ultimate? It should be like that?

Chuaznega✭✭I cant edit my own post, so just commenting that my Werewolf Ultimate cost that is already expensive went to 348! when Molag Kena procs.
