Stuck on small objects, even a blade of grass?

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that the graphical "clipping" has become very picky since a few patches back?

Walking along, I now get stuck on very small objects that previously my horse (or myself) would have just stepped over easily. A simple tiny 1inch step can now hinder progress and you have to jump over it, or walk around it. What did they break to make this happen? it completely hinders gameplay and makes it very frustrating to play (load screens not included).

Yes I get stuck on small plants and other things that shouldn't heed my movement.

Yeah try capturing the flag on the mushroom map in Battlegrounds.

You walk right up to your base and the ground is raised maybe half a foot in front of your flag but you have to jump to get the capture.

It's been that way for a long time actually, but mostly only for mounts, which is why mounts slow down very often here and there and require to be turned a bit to continue riding without slowing down. Not knowing how the game surface geometry is organized in ESO, I often wondered why ZoS never fixed that mount behaviour pretty much ever since the game came out.
But yes, now I noticed as well that simply walking can sometimes get you stuck in front of some insignificant tiny obstacle, so you have to walk around or jump over it. Wasn't that way before the Murkmire patch.
Life is a ride, like days in a train, cities rush by, like ghosts in the night.
The rhythm of wheels, time fades away, stations of a journey, destination unknown.

Glade mine tower, front steps. There is a curb right out side so if you push in and decide to back out, you get caught and bombed by the tower farmers

There are so many little 1 inch curbs and steps that need to be jumped I can't even begin to make a full list. They really need to address the coding of this somehow. I've noticed some patches fix certain areas, but then the next maintenance breaks it again. So I never know whether I need to jump, or just can walk up them - it changes from patch to patch. (ie. getting the skyshard from Bahara's Gloom).
