Glenmoril Witch Robes Visual Issue

Hello,
I recently noticed that the Glenmoril Witch Robes costume seems to have a minor yet annoying visual bug -- With the costume on, you can notice an obvious line around your character's neck, which I think is because the costume brightens your body tone or makes your body less reflective than your head. I tested this on all five characters of mine, with skins and without. One thing common between them was that the hat was toggled off.

It doesn't appear as much in shaded places:
-The costume is currently available for purchase on the Crown Store for 40gems from the Hollowjack Crown Crates.
