Alliance War -> Support Passive -> Magicka Aid not working

Alliance War - Support Passive - Magicka Aid not working: Though i have slotted Efficient Purge, tooltip and my stats dont show magicka recovery bonus. Tooltip says, actual bonus 0%.

    Unmorphed Purge is in the same boat. Neither Purge nor Efficient Purge peoc Meritorious Servuce either.

    Oddly enough, the Cleanse morph of Purge works for both Magicka Aid and Meritorious Service.

    Magicka Aid seems to be working fine for Refreshing Barrier and Siege Shield.

    Efficient Purge is bugged. Everything else works, in that skill line.

    oh, ok, thx. Since how long is this the case? Was it before murkmire patch the same?
