Maelstrom and Master Daggers compatible?

I was wondering if anyone had both Maelstrom and Master Daggers to try a front bar/ back bar setup for science.

I'm unaware if the 2 interact together based off bar swapping. There are 2 ways I can think of this working.

What I'm looking for is essentially is there a way that you can use both Maelstrom daggers and Master daggers to boost Twin Slashes through the roof in damage?

1. The idea is that maelstrom daggers are your front bar and as you Flurry and Twin Slashes, then bar swap to master daggers and get the extra bleed ticks on the already boosted initial application of Twin Slashes from the primary bar maelstrom daggers.

OR

2. Flurry on main bar, gain some sort of buff that allows the weapon/spell power of maelstrom daggers to apply it's bonus damage after a bar swap to Twin Slashes on the back bar Master Daggers. This one is harder to think would be happening because you should be losing the enchantment effect bar swapping to a different set of weapons unless there is a buff effect.

btw the only difference between both scenarios is which bar Twin Slashes is actually being used on. Both have Maelstrom Front Bar and Master Back bar.

They should not but would suggest testing to make sure.

Both clearly state the set bonus is a 2pc set bonus and no longer mentioned anything for only one piece as they used to.

if you cast flurry on your maelstrom bar, then it would buff twin slashes on your back bar. i know this because it buffs poison injection

So then my scenario 2 should work. If scenario 1 also works then it doesn't matter which bar twin slashes is cast on, it should just do more damage as long as you're on back bar.

vMA weapons in current state have absolutely no sense due to 2 reasons:
    - bonus it grants it still bugged, what means only the first tick of dot will be empowered
    - it doesn't fit in current meta, where ZOS decided to make light attacks way stronger, so channeled abilities like flurry are an actual dps loss

If you aim into PvE I wouldn't consider using those weapons at all, and master ones grant small dps boost in pve, since bleed's strength is the fact it ignores armor, and PvE optimized group allows you to burn most of enemy's resistances. In PvP master axes are way more reasonable, but they were recently nerfed and currently I see even viper as a better option.

If you are wondering what can you use as your weapons for PvE, I can recommend investing into strong stat set, like Berserking Warrior, Briarheart or Ravager. One I mentioned as first grants mathematically highest dps boost, making sure you can maintain the stacks what shouldn't be an issue in PvE content.

i tested that with bar switch some time ago and weapon damage buff gave very little bonus to slashes

I heard someone say it's bugged and you only get bonus to the first tick and then it's gone.
