Kagouti mount position / posture bug

The "Kagouti" mount has a bug in its posture. Mount does not adjust its position under certain conditions. Position should be dependant on the angle of the ground. Here is how it should look like:

The mount is on stairs and its position is adjusted to the angle of the stairs.

This works correctly when non of the "hide mount upgrade" settings are toggled on.

As soon as I will hide any of those upgrades (it does not matter which one):

This happens:

As you can see Mount position is ignoring the angle of the surface it is standing on and always position itself the same way (no matter the angle of the surface)
Also this issue only exists when you have "Inverse Foot Kinematics" turned off. However there are areas in game where this does not work - a huge Cyrodiil PvP zone.
Other mounts don't behave that way and they always adjust its position to the angle of the surface no matter what mount upgrade options are turned on/off and if "Inverse Foot Kinematics" turned off or on.
