Pickpocket bug

I cannot pickpocket anyone.
I get the "aware" message and pickpocket is grayed out.
If I crouch and stand in front of the "victim" then pickpocket is not grayed out and I get the percent chance of success.
But then of course I'm not hidden.
I also cannot BOW anyone because it doesn't show up but that's another bug in another thread.
I'm running on a Mac if that's any help because there are a number of issues already on Mac.

Any word on when you are going to fix the MAC platform and how us that are ESO Plus members will be compensated for the lost time because of the upgrade that made the game unplayable for us?0
