Help me with PvP

Greetings friends. I don't PvP regularly and as such am not very good at it. I notice streamers wrecking people and from time to time I go to Bg's or Cyrodiil and get my crap pushed in. I have decided I want to be a PvP god so I can shame the people who have been owning me. I don't want to put in any work to get better or grind a lot of gear though. Can anyone give me a quick summary of skills, enchants and gear I should use to fully exploit the new broken enchantment proc meta? I will be playing on my stamplar. Need the very cheesiest please. I want to hit them a bit then back away so as not to risk death. I need the enchants or dots to do the rest, even against high hp heavy armor builds. Thanks in advance!

dualwield with befoul enchant and oblivion or poison enchant

Story time.

Once upon a time, when I was a new PVPer myself, I saw that there was a build that would allow me to 1vX like a god. Everyone was complaining about it. The forums were gnashing their teeth about it.

The Blazeplar.

So I made one. Toiling day and night, I got my gear pieces and brought my Blazeplar to Cyrodiil, certain of success.

I sucked.

Why? The forums said the Blazeplar was OP! My enemies would melt! Everyone was crying about those broken Blazeplars ruining PVP for them.

Well...on further introspection I realized that I didn't have a clue about how to play a Blazeplar, that I needed to Learn2Play, and that OP builds alone don't allow new players to match the exploits of experienced ones.

Moral of the Story: Experience and practice is what lets you dominate in PVP, even if you throw on the most OP build to ever be OP.

While this is funny, you'd be surprised how effective Oblivion's Foe + Sload's + Skoria actually is. It's somewhat effective in no-CP and pretty good in CP.

Consuming Trap is ranged, insta-cast, DoT, fire-and-forget, multi-target, has decent resource return, and returns resources when the enemy dies. The DoT procs both Sload's and Skoria. It's terrible 1v1 (I mean, truly) but in a group, this setup applies a lot of pressure. Imagine a train of zerglings running around with this setup - ranged death with infinite resource return.

Is it meta? Not at all. Is it interesting? I think so!

You can go ahead and make a cheesebuild, but you aren't going to be wrecking anyone on day one playing it. You are going to die all over the place. Don't even worry about your build to start out with, because either way you are going to die all over the place. By the time you get in enough time to be half decent whatever it is that is "good" right now will have been set aside for something else. Which is why I say not to even worry about it right now. Put together something easy to get with the obvious right traits and just go out there and start learning.

The mods changed the title of the thread as well so it's lost some of its punch. Thank you all for humoring me with this. Especially those that took the time to get upset and tell me why going cheese wouldn't work. I PvP all the time and am already using this nonsense just for *** and giggles. Nobodies countering it at all, not even close. It's sad.

Next time anyone is minded to question the validity of criticism of the "I want everything for nothing and I want it NOW!" generation and the damage it is doing to MMOs they should re-read this quote. That's whether it's genuine or trolling - if you set yourself up to be seen a certain way that's how you'll be seen

Pretty sure at this point we're all aware of my sub par troll attempt. But I do concur as the aforementioned attitude has destroyed many a game as of late.
