I have a new vacant character slot now, looking to try my hand at something fresh and new, and am having some serious indecision on what to create while we still have the double exp event. So I am curious what others out there are finding fun to play with the current changes. Please vote below and give an explanation of why you're enjoying the class/build and what pros and cons you may have noticed in the past few days. Thanks~
Due to the limited allowance of poll options please reply with which type of build you decided to go with for PVE whether it's stamina or magicka for dps and tank, and any other details you may think are relevant.
Edit: If I missed your build type a simple reply will work, as there can be only 10 choices on these forums. Annnnd I may have subconsciously omitted healer as a possibility as a reflex to ZOS's motivation for combat changes. *oops*

But..... if you think thieving was left untouched, you'd be wrong. After the patch, I went on my usual route, and Blade of Woed a guy I've killed thousands of times, and got caught by nearby NPCs for the first time, ever. Thought it was a fluke, so I waited for the respawn, BoWed him again, same thing.... got another bounty. So beware, fellow lawbreakers. Nerfmire's foul effects stretch far beyond just shields, speed, pets, enchants, etc.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭You need to specify your preferred playstyle/content. What may suit a solo PvEer may be very different for a grouper, trialist or PvPer. Those replying need to give the basis of their advice in that respect too.
While I appreciate the timing XP boost-wise, you're not really going to get a meaningful conclusion until more than a couple of days have passed since the update, partly because very few play on the PTS and partly because there's a current acknowledged bug affecting the survivability of pets and which confuses the issue pending a fix.Edited by Tandor on October 24, 2018 7:52PM0 -

Aesthier✭✭✭✭✭Since I first began playing I watched build after build that I enjoyed, or could tweak so that I enjoyed it, get smashed against the rocks of "development".
Between the class homogenization that resulted from every class being able to fill every role and the carrot and stick of redefining skills and abilities over and over, I find there are no "character" builds I still enjoy.
That means the only build left in ESO that the "developers" have no true effect on and remains uncorrupted by their bias is:THE FORUM TROLL
