Not getting full amount of food

I'm using Solitude Salmon millet soup Max Magika, Max Health. The tooltip has 5395 for mahika and 4936 for health. Without food my max magika is 50148, health 12381 with food the increase is magika 51468, health 13700. Who ate my food??

I've had this bug with other foods. this seems to be new with Nerfmire. I watch my stats and if they don't go up properly I eat a level1 food item and then immediately eat my preferred food. This seems to clear the bug.

Ok this bug is only happening on my mag sorc. Wtf does the game against mag sorcs.

Not sure? I have the same bug, but not with mag character (maybe with mag but honestly never tried it as I mostly play stam).
Anyway, this happens on my stam characters when I equip their weapons with poisons. I remove the poisons, eat the food and then put the poison back, in order to get around this.
Again, not sure if same for you, being mag you probably dont use poisons, but if you try different foods with same results, report the bug and hope it get fixed soon.

Not sure I can get a screen shot into the forum, but will give it a shot. I tested my mag and stam blades with no problems.

I'm having the problem on my Stamden. Also, his dual wield swords randomly disappear from his hands. He looks like a brawler hen he fights, but skills do go off so it seems to be just a graphics glitch.

Ok so the use of poisin is the problem, removing it, then eating the food is the solution.

Eating poison is not recommended.

Same thing happens to me on my Stam Sorc when using Braised Rabbit With Spring Vegetables. On my bow bar the buff doesn't apply, so I have to swap to the duel wield bar and use the buff there.

There was a similar bug that I believe they fixed with the WW Hunter DLC. If you consumed your food on the same bar you had poisons equipped you wouldn't get full value of the food. Though this seems more extreme, I think I was missing about the same amount of stats as the OP is getting. Thought I'd mention it in case it was a similar bug reintroduced.
