Ravager Doesn't Proc With Rapid Strikes?

LinearParadox✭✭✭✭✭Flurry is just a janky skill in general.
Wether it's considered a DoT or a direct damage attack in regards to what buffs it, how it scales with buffs, what effects it triggers from item sets, etc.
It doesn't trigger Imperial's Red Diamond passive either, and iirc it doesn't trigger Veiled Heritance either.
