Stuck In Deepmire

I am stuck on a quest which you have to traverse through Deepmire, Was trying to get up on a ledge as was several other players, in search of the Lizard that stole the staff. There is the skeleton that leads up to the ledge, but after 20 minutes of trying they closed the server (last night) for maintenance, not been on since, is there something I am missing ?.
Any help appreciated

Same problem - once I managed to get on the ledge at the large snake skeleton, but you can't move further.

You don't hop up on the ledge go to the left and threw the door way thing and continue threw the swamp.

Thanks Mrsinister I have now completed as much of Murkmire as I need to, Got my Hero Of Murkmire achievement on my main character
