Mundus since T1 and Chapters

Chapters don't seem to have any mundus stones. I understand there was a lore reason why Morrowind may not have any, but Summerset also does not have any.

Mundus stones were scattered around the original regions in triplicate because the factions could not cross over and all Tamriel was not very accessible. We see this also with crafting station in triplicate.

I think, given Craglorn was an entirely Mundus driven story, and possibly the only stage where Mundus has been significantly mentioned, and has Twice Born Star Set that all the Mundus stones should be removed from all the zones and moved to Craglorn.

Then, give the option when starting a toon to have a starting Mundus just like every other Elder Scrolls game.

Players start with a Mundus of their choice, then can change it when they get to Craglorn.

    I'd also add, that new players, starting a toon in Morrowind / Summerset, would probably be completely confused as to the significance of 'Divine' gear.

    Given new players may not know about Mundus, and probably do the entire chapter without Mundus. It seems a bit strange to have one of the best traits in the game obsolete at the beginning.
