Missing Crowns

I purchased some crowns earlier today before the problems started because I want to get the new mount. So far the crowns have not been applied to my account. I am aware there are some issues with Steam at the moment.

My question is will the crowns eventually show up after the Steam issue is sorted or have I lost them? Is there something I should be doing like making a report? This is something I've not encountered here before.

    They will probably tell you to submit a ticket

    I have the same problem but I am going to wait a little while before I panic. In the past, when there have been Steam problems, ZOS has said to give it 24 hours. So, if I don't have my crowns by tomorrow, I will submit a ticket. But.....do I submit a ticket to ZOS or Steam?

    So, just an update........I submitted a ticket to Steam and they replied that they sell the crowns but ZOS is responsible for getting them into the game. I submitted a ticket to ZOS and have not heard back yet. If ZOS throws it back on Steam, I am going to drive up there and slap somebody. I only live 15 minutes from their offices.
