Glorious Defender heavy armor set -- tooltip still says it gives a passive dodge chance

If I understood the patch notes correctly, passive dodge chances have been removed from the game.
If that's accurate, nobody told this to the tooltip of a Glory pauldron I have sitting in inventory. Or perhaps, since the dodge chance granted is 100%, it's a dodge certainty and meant to be left in the game.
Since people are running normal Maelstrom Arena during this event much more than at other times, this is actually a matter worth clearing up.
