Programmable npc bot for housing

With the addition of purchasable npc's for ones personal home, i was wondering if it would be an idea for futures to possibly add a customizable script aspect ?
ie.. upon entering a persons home the bot could have a motion detector that would auto say in "say" something like : Welcome to Master Shorty's Castle, please feel free to have a look around and send him a whisper/tell if you have any questions.
This bot could also have an added feature of playing custom songs, and also be able to be decorated wearing the persons desired Tabard if chosen (for those of us who have our own Guilds).

@Master_Shorty While there are limitations due to the game's own restrictions, the closest you can come to that is via the Triggers feature of Essential Housing Tools. Using Triggers, you can play animations, toggle lights and other items, and more in response to certain events, including when you or a group member enters or leaves a location that you designate.
