Lost items in the bank

Before the Murkmire DLC I've had somewhat 300 filled slots in my personal bank (170 is my max bank space, but thx to ESO plus I was able to fill more than 170 slots). Currently I don't have the ESO Plus active. After the Murkmire patch there's only 170 filled slots and everything else has either returned to the character's inventory or disappeared due to lack of inventory space as well.

Hi, I have the same problem as you, certainly for the same reasons: eso + . The technical support does not want to admit that there was a bug and explains that it can not do anything for me. Pathetic.

I'm pretty sure this happened to me as well but didn't have the energy to look further into it.

Actually this issue has been resolved back then, in october , all the discussions were in another thread here https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/441905/lost-all-items-from-my-crowded-bank/p1 .
All the slots were restored and all the items were sent back via in-game mail system. So if you're having this issue now I'd say you should reach out to support.
