Light armor Shields Capped at 40%?

So Murkmire has dropped and I went to mess around on one of my Mag DPS and noticed that the light armor shield says 40%. I am certain the Devs said it should cap out at 50%. Did I miss something or did they overlook this? Sorc shields are capping out at 50.
