Suggestion: Preview Crown Store Furnishings in houses

We can preview mounts, armour styles, pets, emotes, etc etc. What I would love is to be able to preview Crown Store furnishing items in situ in a house - so for example, seeing whether that particular light suits this room, if it's bright enough etc; whether this rug fits that space etc. The grid preview isn't really that helpful, nor is the black and grey background these things are previewed on.
Obviously it should work like the Outfit preview system in the Collections menu - you can look at it but not apply it - or in the case of the furnishings, not Place the previewed item.

Maybe have you be able to place an item in build mode, but the crowns are only charged when you exit build mode after a pop-up confirmation.
