Dyes. I have one but don't know what to do with it. Also motif question.

I don't know how I got the dye. Can't remember if I bought it, or got it as a reward or what not. Thing is I tried putting it in the bank to save it and it will not go in the bank. I thought having dyes would let me use the dyes any time. Is this a one use only thing? Or maybe they get added to my account and I can use it any time with any character? I am afraid to touch it since I don't know what the results will be.
So I don't make a another thread, the new motifs we are getting with the witches events with the plunder skulls. Are these account bound? By that I mean if one character has it, all characters have it? I have gotten another new motif and it says I already used it. So do I give it to another character since it's not account bound or do I sell it since it is account bound or give it to others for trade or gift? I don't know how the special motifs work in the game.

✭✭✭✭✭Dye packets are a one use item that can only be applied to your active costume.
The motifs we are getting are exactly like other motif pages. You can sell them or trade them. If you learn them, they will be learned by one character, but available account wide through the outfit system. I'm learning the dremora motif on my crafter and selling the duplicates.2 -
