with how the resets work in this game it can be very confusing and I truly think that ESO would benefit greatly with a set time and day for resets much like WoW.

✭✭✭✭✭Daily quests and writs have a set time, which I don't recall what it is, I think either midnight or 2 am my time, which I'm always asleep for.
Daily Login Rewards reset every 24 hours, starting Midnight UTC on the first of the month.
Daily Random Dungeon and Daily Random Battleground have a 20 hr reset, as does mount training.
For the Witches Festival, the event tickets and Dremora Plunder Skulls have a 20 hr reset, for each individual skull type.Edited by VaranisArano on October 21, 2018 6:52PM0 -

Enlightenment is specifically the time that your first character originally hit level 50...different for everyone. For instance, I get my enlightenment at 11:56 am EDT.
But yeah, timers and resets through the game are kinda all over the place...
