Someone please help, I'm close to completing Cadwell's silver for Grahtwood, can't find the quest giver for the last quest in cadwells silver

The quest giver, Meleras, is at the Orrery. This might help........... https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:The_Orrery

It's not inside the big tree. It's on the outside. Don't you have a quest marker pointing to it?

I think I made a mistake. I think Meleras is in the Throne Room inside the big tree. Not sure so check both places.
