morphing bug help

Why hasn't this bug been fixed? I have two skills ready to morph but the game is not giving me the option. This bug has been in the game a long time now.

Do you actually have skill points to spend?

You can't morph without a skill point.

A screenshot would be nice so that we can see if it's actually the bug ...

LOL i had to log out then back in to fix it i guess. But yeah it worked after relogging and yeah i had the skill points. Still come on Zos should have fixed this long ago.
