Question about ESO plus

I read a while back that the monthly stipend would be increased and that players who had already bought crowns would be compensated the difference.

Did this ever happen?

The increase happens with Murkmire.

Thanks for the information. Did they ever say the cutoff date for having bought the crowns? I purchased the six month pack.

What they said was that people who had multiple month subscriptions running with the original monthly stipend would have the additional crowns added by the end of November:-

"Note that if you are partly though a 3- or 6-month membership, you will be credited your bonus crowns by the end of November."

I don't personally recall them saying anything about people who had bought Crowns being compensated, but that's quite different from receiving them as part of the subscription package.

I took it too mean that folks who had purchased monthly packages would receive the difference. I, for instance, signed up for 6mos. I'm expecting 6 x 150c (or whatever the new monthly number is) crowns when they make the change. I could be wrong, but I suppose we'll see.
