Cheap respecs when Murkmire drops?

I hope that when Murkmire first drops, there will be cheap respecs for:

• Skills. This is needed because multiple morph choices are likely to change.
• Attribute points. This is needed because magicka characters will need more health than they previously did.
• Champion points. This is needed because Bastion has been greatly devalued.
