Changing from Sword & Board to DW

Just done this but despite resetting skills at redirection shrine ( 3 times!) my skill sets still show 1 hand & shield! no sign of DW. Any advice please?

I think you're asking how to get the DW skill line to show up? You have to get a kill while holding whatever weapon type to unlock all skill lines, since Morrowind I think.

Go kill any mob while dual wielding and you're good to go

You need to unlock the skill line, to do so, go craft or buy from a weaponsmith two one-handed weapons of any type, equip them, and them defeat an enemy while they are equipped. That should reveal the skill line to you.
